Standard therapy session rate (50 minutes): $100

Some clients may prefer the convenience of shorter, compact sessions of 30 minutes, while others may prefer longer sessions. For example, initial assessments, couples, and family sessions are often 60 minutes or longer.

We can customize a treatment plan that fits your budget and goals, adjusting session length and pro-rating payment as needed. 

Good Faith Estimate:

The No Surprises Act mandates that mental health providers give a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) in a timely way to uninsured or self-pay clients. This document outlines expected costs for services, including diagnosis and procedure codes, charges, and provider information. 

While it is difficult to know exactly what the cost of therapy will look like over time, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate in advance of receiving services to help you plan ahead and make informed choices about your care. 

Insurance Reimbursement:

While Northstream Counseling & Psychotherapy does not accept insurance, you will receive detailed invoices that you may be able to submit to your insurance provider, or to your HSA or FSA provider, for potential reimbursement.
